A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide proper notice will result in a cancellation fee of $45.
A “No Call / No Show” is defined as missing a scheduled appointment without prior notification. Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged a No Call / No Show fee of $45 that MUST be paid before scheduling future appointments.
